the fabric >
while walking in brighton (uk) i found this haberdashery from a bulgarian family. the man (the father, i guess) is an observer, few smiles, but the connection was immediate. i bought one meter of the finest irish linen, he approved, i returned to the shop later to sourcing samples for another project.

i grabbed some photos from nazaré’s big waves, wrote a couple of verses, and then started the creative process.
